Alisa Bank Plc Press Release 24.4.2023 AT 10.00 EEST

Fellow Bank Plc is Alisa Bank Plc as of 21 April 2023. The new name better reflects the company’s vision to offer the smoothest everyday banking services for ordinary Finns as well as for small and medium-sized companies that need flexible financing.

According to a survey conducted by the company, Finnish customers want a bank that above all has easy-to-use and comprehensive mobile banking services along with good customer service. People also appreciate an online bank with a clear layout and simple language. When building the new bank, special attention was paid to these issues.

The company has operated as a digital bank since April 2022 and during its first year of operation it has expanded its range of services in stages. "Now we are at the point where we can proudly state that we are a real bank with smooth everyday banking services. With the new name, we want to better communicate that we are a trustworthy Finnish bank. We are modern and new, while also easy to approach and understand," says Teemu Nyholm, CEO of Alisa Bank.

Alisa Bank's website can be found at alisapankki.fi and alisabank.com. The Alisa Bank mobile application, which provides an even better user experience, can be found in app stores under the name Alisa Pankki and it is automatically updated for the existing customers. The new trading symbol on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki is ALISA. The customer service phone numbers remain unchanged. The company's business ID and VAT number also remain unchanged.
